Sam is a seasoned financial markets practitioner with over 30 years of experience. His working career includes 16 years at Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), over 7 years at ANZ Bank, as well as a Hedge Fund.

He co-founded investment and training consultancy firm Wateram Capital and is currently also a lecturer at Singapore Management University (SMU) teaching finance and investment-related subjects.

Sam is the author of 2 highly acclaimed books “High Net Worth Investing – How to grow your wealth through practical asset allocation” and “Personality Driven Portfolio – How to invest right for your style”, both published by Marshall Cavendish Business. The Chinese editions of both books are also published in China.
